LOL, actually, in all these years and clients, we've never run into a problem like that, at least, not at our end. By the time a co-authored book shows up on OUR doorstep, all of that bit is done. Thank GOD. If I had to navigate the stormy waters between co-authors, WELL. That might be the straw.
