Version 2.0.36 Regression Error caused by Version 2.0.35
Version 2.0.36 -2020-06-26 Regression Error caused by Version 2.0.35 updating of Derive Genres causing 'CALM Icon in ToolBar' for Portable/32bit Windows bug: fixed.

The bug expressed itself during Calibre startup for Portable Calibre, but not for Calibre64.
