Is this something I can achieve in Calibre?
I would go over to the left hand column and click the Formats dropdown in the Tab browser, and then select EOUB which will select all the books with an EPUB format. Select all the books in the library display, right click, hover on Remove books, select Remove books of a specific format from selected books. Click on all the formats shown other than epub and click OK. An alternate is to use the Remove all formats from selected books, except.... Select EPUB to keep and click OK.
