Some notes:

- left/right margins patches - yes
- Font scale factor - no

--->The total page number with my font, space line and margins settings is 700 (just an example)

--->The behavior is 2 screens = 1 page number.
--->The total page number with the same font, space line and margins settings is 400 (just an example). That make sense.

Both cases the chapter page number settings works ok. But I don't use this setting.
