Can we assume that you applied the tweak so you do get the larger box for your annotations but you want a full screen version? The current box holds a fair amount of text with the vertical scroll bar.

If so, the next step is for you to create an enhancement request for calibre. Check the fourth paragraph of Reporting bugs.

If you want to continue this discussion, it should be moved elsewhere since it has noting to do with the Annotations plugin.
