you found the problem!

it's the font scale factor patch.

My settings now after all:

Reduce new header/footer height - yes
left/right margins patches - yes
Font scale factor - no

Now the 1 screen = 1 page works.

If the font scale factor=yes will break the 1 screen = 1 page thing.
