I don't know any books about the Tulsa Massacre, though there probably are some. But a similar 1898 event in Wilmington, NC, was written about in a recent book by David Zucchino called Wilmington's Lie. It's on my list, but I haven't read it. But I did hear him on a couple of podcasts and saw some video about it in a few places. Looks like a worthwhile read.
