As far as I know there is no "proper" marc relator code for a true pseudonym. I thought the technically right way to handle this was to always use the name of the author as provided on the title page (whether pseudonym" or not) as the listed author. There are other fields such as the description where additional info could easily be added such as the author's real name.
You could of course add the real name to the author name in parentheses too.
