I'm actually generally using pure Isopropyl alcohol (which is usually the main ingredient in these screen cleaner mix), so, yeah, you should be okay.

As was mentioned, humidify the cloth, not the screen, and that's it.

(If you do go w/ high concentration alcohol, just be aware that it will happily dissolve some glues ^^. Like, say, the one under the Forma's soft-touch layer on the "handle". (Granted, I soaked it). Oops. ).
