Something I noticed:
If you download a fanfic by Bob Smith and have "force author into author sort" enabled, it works correctly: it's "Bob Smith" in both Author and Author Sort of the book metadata.
However, in the Manage Authors window, it sorts as "Smith, Bob" which causes the author sort field to highlight red because it doesn't match.
I searched the thread and looked through the wiki and didn't find any other mentions of this, so I'm not sure if it's a glitch or not.
