So, I fortunately managed to find a patch to this horrid situation, of having excellent products to make, as duly, glossy products matte, replaced by unacceptably worsened ones, passing through a pitiful quality assurance (a film that sounds when you swipe on it?! [The problem is not per se the sound, though it IS annoying - I mean that such sound should have been an alarm bell to the producers]).
It seems that some technicians got organized with their own matte films, cutting plotters, speckle-revealing green light and what not. You should check your repair shops and similar for that service.
