Post Another email account issue

Hey there ... so I'm back again with another email thing. I'm still having the issue below, where I get the credential error with gmail.com (I'm apparently a unique snowflake). Unfortunately my inbox was getting fairly full of unread updates, so I decided to try and fix it another way (after checking on this thread and updating FFF to its most recent version). I opened a hotmail account and linked it to the gmail account. And it worked! It happily ran through and grabbed all 400+ status updates and then picked up the actual stories. I was very pleased (you have no idea).

Two days later (that's today), I'm now getting THIS error (I've rebooted, restarted Calibre, prayed to a god that obviously isn't listening, re-entered all of my config info for the email section, tried the gmail again just for kicks, offered my computer a bribe, taken an Excedrin ...).

Ideas? Thoughts? A hammer?

Even with that, I'm still getting an error. I haven't changed my credentials with gmail, and I did re-enter them in FFF just in case they were corrupted. I've restarted and I continue to get the same error.

This is a dedicated account for FF.net emails and has 187 unread notifications. I'd try lessening the amount to see if it's overloading, but my guess is that it's failing before it even gets to that.

Thoughts on what could be the problem?
