There are no hostilities other than those started by a runaway country that sought to spend all of its funds on needless (and short term) toys and taxing the hell out of the population while culling the population to remove everyone not in their image. No shums or trolls.
We simply do not want to be there when it implodes. Currently, over 90% of its population is in the government. There is no one to fight or even defend the country save the Minister of Defense herself.
