				It all comes down to do you want an app that is developed and maintained on an on going basis or not.  If a developer can't make a profit, then what you are left with is either abadonware or hobbyware.  Hobbyware most of the time becomes abandonware after a few years.

				If the app isn't worth it to you, then fine.  Me, I'm willing to pay $10 a year for the app.  It's worth it for me.  Personally, I hate ads.  I have other apps that I've dropped because they went to the subscription model and it just wasn't worth it to me.  It's your choice.
