It looks to be either an N905B or N905C touch.

Why:
  • No connector for the light, so either a Touch or a Mini.
  • Mini is a 5" screen, so I assume you have eliminated that.
  • Having an internal SD card means it isn't an N905 Touch. But, the card is a 4GB card, which was never in any of these devices.

But, the model number is on the end of the device that has the USB port. What does that say? Otherwise, I'm sure there is a model number of some sort printed on the PCB. It must be on the other side. You will need to take it out to see.
