Share Quote to Email? There’s never been such an option. Are you thinking of one of the mobile apps? There is no email client or address book on the Kindle to support that.

You can Export Notes (Go to view Notes and there’s Export Notes at the bottom of the Notes viewer). Then you’d receive an email (to your Amazon account email) with the notes attached.

I don’t see the Twitter/Facebook options in Social Networks settings either. I think this might be a server-side issue: on my Kindle Touch I get ‘cannot connect, try again later’. But I didn’t have either of those things set up in the first place. If you had done so maybe they would still be there. I cannot think they’d want to remove the feature permanently. It’s free advertising for them.
