Hello friends..Need help here...Is there any option to activate/on text highlight option during Text to Speech in Kindle PC like moon+ reader or many android readers...??

I am using Brian voice in my Kindle PC but sometimes its very difficult to find word/sentence in the book with voice...!!

Please help...Thank you...!!
