I just tried changing fonts, it persists. It only happens with these settings windows:

- Interface > Look & feel: Main interface, Book details, Tag browser, Cover browser, Quick View
- Import/export > Adding books: all tabs

The rest seem OK.

Also, the text "calibre 4.18 created by Kovid Goyal [xxxx books, 1 selected]" used to be bold. I wondered if the author just decided to change it up, I noticed the padding thing when I went to check if there is a setting for this.
