How long have you had the Forma?
Maybe mine is more even than yours, or maybe I've just gotten used to it, but while reading I never have a problem with the screen. I've had mine for about 9 months.

Also going to be interesting to see how it reacts to being in pockets, bags, cases, etc if any significant humidity hits.
This also basically makes the waterproofing null since you’d have to reapply this process anytime it gets wet.
Inventive solution but I think sandwiching two screen protectors with the market in the middle would yield better results.
