The real value is not the particular books being made available; rather the real value is that Google is making them available in DRM-free ePub. i completely agree and i'm very happy to see that this step was taken in the right direction (drm-free epub). i'm very excited about seeing epub rock and roll, and thrilled that it's now got some real heavyweights behind it to help it get there faster.
