Yes I have called them. There is no ETA. They have ordered one but don't have any in stock to give me. I've called a couple of times and I get the same answer. "A replacement has been ordered."

Maybe... I did have to re-email Sony Listens to get them to call me back, but they did eventually call me back. I know I'm starting to be a bit of a wiener about the issue so I'm going to drop it. At the three month marker if it's not back I'll call them and demand a refund.
