I do a tea cup washing ritual every day which I learned a few years ago. Each day as I wash it, I reflect on the possibility that this will be the last time I'll get to do it. It's humbling and I think makes me appreciate life more and I wish I would do something like this with all the people around me (but without being morbid about it).
