Huh. OK, no big deal I guess. It gave me an opportunity to rethink what buttons and commands I actually needed and use.
I don't know what the Welcome Wizard is. When I install, it just get the usual installation dialogs.
Thinking back, I believe it was caused by having Calibre open and my PC suddenly rebooting itself. I've gotten a couple of BSODs in the last 3 weeks or so. Am investigating. Case closed AFAIC.
