Is there a way to get rid of those fonts in the list of fonts ?

I can't actually help you get rid of them, but I can tell you they aren't weirdly named fonts. They are fonts that allow multi-lingual support for your device. I understand you might not be interested in that, but these built-in fonts allow those who wish to read Japanese and Chinese. Jingxihei I assume is for Chinese (and relatively new). Tsukushi Mincho and Kakugo are for Japanese. Since Rakuten bought Kobo, they have been supporting Japanese language and more recently also supporting Chinese.

They can however also be used with languages based on the latin alphabet. So they are not totally useless and there is not really any more reason to shun them than to shun other fonts you happen to dislike from an aesthetic perspective.
