MobileRead Forums - View Single Post - Can my Mom and I share e-books?

My Sony Reader PRS-505 is on it's way and as my Mom (who lives across the country) has the same machine, I'm wondering if we can somehow share e-books??? I have yet to register on the Sony Book site, so if there's something special I can do so we can share our downloads, I would be appreciative of any advice!

I'm also wondering if it's possible to "borrow" books from a library? What format should I be looking for?
