Version 3.6.110 - 08 June 2020 Technical changes in several Series-Scrubbing jobs that either create or use WSSVD.

There are a few English punctuation scenarios in WSSVD downloading and use in Series Name renaming and Series Index validation that I am still working on to improve further, but this version's changes are major both technically and functionally, and should be installed immediately.
