The only way to do it is to open the books and inspect them. But, it will only be affecting books sent to the device or converted using one of the recent releases of the plugins. I don't know exactly which version, but, at the oldest possible it was 3.2.2. That was released on 2020-05-10. Anything done before that will be OK. I don't expect that the problem will be in all books. Just read and fix them when you see them.
