I wonder if there’s some deep significance to wanting a jury. Is that normal for a case like this?

I was actually talking about the Google case, though in general what a jury thinks applies only to the case they hear.

My guess is that the plan is to appeal to the emotions of the jury since they don't have much of a legal case.
