Yes,
- Android Megasync (Download complete library = 47 hours incl 9 interrups), CC Cloud connect to library on SD card (Likebook Alita 512 GB)
- Donload to another Computer into Calibre - works.
I tested just for fun!
But the standard procedure would be;
Copy Calibre library to megasync folder - megasync.
Connest to wireless device - main transfer books from Calibre.
When new books in Calibre library, file sync with megasync folder - megasync
