I bought myself a new reader today and installed on the virgin device the one-click install package, it took me a long time, I had to read all 23 pages, here's my tutorial for dummies like myself - it worked

for my old ebook reader I used the old fmon launcher that's no longer recommended. I'm still trying to figure out how to decrease the font for the KoReader menues on the new 7,8" reader and how to get rid of Nickel's book recommendations on the home page

serdar0020 Zealot Posts: 118 Karma: 1110 Join Date: Nov 2013 Location: Germany Device: Kobo Clara 2E + Kobo Elipsa 2E	I bought myself a new reader today and installed on the virgin device the one-click install package, it took me a long time, I had to read all 23 pages, here's my tutorial for dummies like myself - it worked Spoiler: 1. plug in device 2. dowload OCP-KOReader-v2020.05.zip to DL folder 3. download windows install script from post #2 to DL folder 4. extract the OCP-KOReader-v2020.05.zip to the root directory of device i:\ 5. right click "install.ps1" - run with power shell - "0" - ok 6. eject and unplug device device will reboot "importing content" 7. start - home - my books - open KO reader icon => icon will appear on homepage 8. copy all book folders to "i:\.books" for my old ebook reader I used the old fmon launcher that's no longer recommended.
