Word's 'draw' functionality works with the stylus on the Max 2, so I would guess it will also work on the Max 3. Word is very slow on the Max 2, though, so there is a noticeable lag when using the stylus. The Max 3 has better specifications, but I only have a Max 2, so I don't know if they're sufficiently better to fix the lag .
