I picked one up at B&N for old time's sake. The Hobbit was one of the first books I bought on the Nook Simple Touch in 2011, but I bought the Lord of the Rings on my Kindle later... At any rate, I now have the "Nook" LOTR and I've kept my B&N account active for a while longer (had to change my password because I had been inactive for too long). I wouldn't doubt that this the last eBook I buy at B&N.

I gave up on B&N a while ago and that decision was reinforced by seeing that now they also seem to have pulled their Windows 10 app. The one I already have installed continues to work, but still...
