With Onedrive I direct the Save to Disk feature to a Books subfolder in the Onedrive folder, I'd be very surprised if you couldn't do similar with Dropbox.

I can access the Onedrive Books folder from my phone and tablet (both Android), and my MS Surface Go (Windows).

I only keep books I am currently reading and a few reference texts on Onedrive.
