Sigil does not "crash" on opening. It reports an error. It can not open the font files which are obfuscated by the adobe font obfuscation algorithm incorrectly. To use adobe font obfuscation, the original dc:identifier must exist in the OPF and it must use the scheme UUID.
Your content.opf does not even have a dc:identifier that uses the UUID scheme. It just has its own identifier. Without the uuid identifier, there is no way to un-obfuscate the obfuscated fonts.
So whatever software you used to create this epub is broken as it clearly uses the adobe font obfuscation algorithm but does not provide all of the information it needs.
The IDPF font obfuscation algorithm will work with any dc:identifier type but the adobe one requires a UUID based identifier to meet the spec.
