I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but giving it a try...

Over the last three or four days, I've had a disturbing change happen in Amazon US search in Content and Devices (web) - it seems to have gone from an implicit "and" to an implicit "or" when I enter both an author's first and last names.

For example, if I enter Faye Kellerman, where I used to just get the books I have by Faye Kellerman, now I get books by Faye Kellerman, Jonathan Kellerman, Audrey Faye, Faye Adams, etc... This is obviously not what I want. I've tried three different browsers (Chrome, Firefox and IE), and also rebooted my computer. I also tried it at work yesterday in Chrome, and had the same problem.

I don't see the same problem in Amazon UK Content and Devices - there I still just get Faye Kellerman titles, and not all the others.

I've looked for a "search settings" where I might have somehow mistakenly changed a default setting, but can't find one. I also tried to search for an answer for this in MR forums, and on the Internet, but it's hard to choose keywords that don't give way way too many posts and threads.

Is anyone else having this problem? Any thoughts for how to fix it? I have a LOT of Kindle books, so I really need to be able to be specific about the author sometimes.
