A further search shows that there are blogs (such as
this one) which have already provided links to at least some of the material (the one I linked to has a nice master index for 2 and a bit years of material from both
Gateway...GGB and
Great Books of the Western World GBWW plus additional blog posts) although I haven't as of yet found a site with all the links as most people apparently link as they go and then life gets in the way.
