these must be something strange about how your ( non UK) library DRM works though, [ or your computer setup] because UK library books can be sorted with the regular tools & a windows PC. The book you borrow through the Kobo store is the same as the one you could buy. But, if you download the book through ADE, it might not be the same. I definitely have received versions for purchased books. And then had them updated to different versions again (mostly noticed because the cover changed). I've assumed that after the initial upload of the book to the two different servers (Kobo and whatever ADE accesses) they are maintained separately.
