There's a couple of things wrong here.

If you are trying to manually update to fw 4.20.14622 then you need to copy the 3 items from your sub-folder kobo-update-4.20.14622 directly into the .kobo folder before disconnecting from USB and allowing the Kobo to automatically reboot.

Your sub-folder kobopatch_4.10.11591 needs to be deleted from the Kobo completely. All kobopatch preparation work is done on your PC/Mac not the Kobo. In addition, never try to use a version of kobopatch whose version number doesn't match exactly the firmware version installed on the Kobo. You've downloaded kobopatch_4.10.11591.zip when you should have downloaded kobopatch_4.20.14622.zip
