I am confused on these two points.

On shop.boox.com you can select Chine or EU warehouse but in the warranty is mentioned only 1 year and also about custom duties.

1. Any product sold within the EU needs to have 2 years of warranty, it doesn't matter where it's produced.
2. If I buy from the EU warehouse I shouldn't pay any import

Can someone please comment on these two points? I would only buy directly from Onyx because they offer a lot of accessories included otherwise I would buy from the e-reader.de store.

PS: what's the username of the person running the german e-reader shop?
