Interesting. I was having issues connecting to MobileRead around March 1, 2020. Even attempting to ping the site failed with 54% packet loss. Since the 138.201.168.226 IP address reported for MobileRead appears to belong to an address block shown as "138.201.0.0/16 - HETZNER-RZ-BLK-ERX4" and www.hetzner.com failed in the same fashion as MobileRead, I contacted Hetzner tech support and received a response that MobileRead is not registered at Hetzner nor does it use a Hetzner hosted IP address.

A bit strange. From my experience, it appeared that on March 1, there was a DDOS attack in progress. It's possible that another one occurred.
