Strange, as I thought that was just an internal test thing and does not run in the background. Nevertheless, from what I remember, it can be reached through a 3rd-party launcher like KISS Launcher or Nova Launcher, or an app like "AppFinder" or Simple Mobile Tools "App Launcher".
