I haven't had any issues access Kobo from Australia. I have been looking at some books today with no issues. It is most likely an issue with something between you and Kobo. Assuming you are getting the same error as before. If you are getting something different, you should pot the log.

Yes of course. It is more likely I was mistaken yesterday, thinking I could load Kobo from the TOR Network.
I believe Kobo are blocking all IP addresses of the server network I was trying to access Kobo from.
It works when I use different IP's.
