Recipe for Independent Australia news website

Hi everybody,

I had so much fun fixing the ABC News Australia recipe I decided to crack on and make one for Independent Australia as there doesn't seem to be one currently.

Enjoy!

Code:
#!/usr/bin/env python2
# vim:fileencoding=utf-8
