Goodreads use to update to Facebook as a feature but that hasn't been possible for years with algorithm changes.
You can turn on the option to share your Kindle highlights on Goodreads under your profile settings.
Click on your avatar in the toolbar, then Kindle Notes & Highlights.
From a book on the list, doesn't matter which one, click "View your notes and highlights (none posted)"
Once on the book's notes and highlights page, click on Make all visible under the page header to show them all, or, click on Hide all to remove them from other members’ view. You can also make individual notes or highlights visible by toggling the Visible slider button found next to the item in question, to the On position.
Yes, it's complicated and they should make it easier.
