The OP may have all the Libraries with the same name.
Solution: Import: Use calibre to rename (also moves to new path) <eg LibMain> after the first import


import #2 (without config): rename: Lib2
<<repeat as needed>> new name for each so there are never duplicated names.
The OP can always Merge 2 Libraries LATER with Copy To Library (on context menu if added)
