No doubt that's why Amazon recommended to me to upload epub2 for KDP rather than docx or doc. The epub2 uploads are perfect as "enhanced typeset KFX", azw/KF8 or old mobi retail downloads. We check by purchase! The ebooks from Word format uploads were never quite right. Though the issues changed with time.
