Same! I’m trying with the Libra again, I bought some new books, for 3 days now. I’ve left it on & the reader open but it didn’t download the books. I’m trying again by closing the cover and let it auto sync overnight & hoping by tomorrow morning my new books will be there.

Every time I complain about the reader my hubby asks if I’m complaining to get a new reader. No, I’m not but if you’re offering...LOL I just want it to work as it’s designed to.
