the only way to old versions back ist o have the foresight to backup APK before updating, neither Google or Apple support any sort of rollback option.
If you have the old version on a different device, you may be able to backup, copy, restore, then quickly disable updates.
But, in the specific instance of android CC, there was a time when previous developer hosted a recent version of the installer on their own site ( because of issues with play store) - search hard here and there may still be a working link
