This is my first experience with this as previously I'd always upgraded to something new before I had any battery problems with an ereader. I'd been meaning to update to an Oasis but never got around to it, mostly because it didn't have the haptic press buttons that I love on the Voyage.

The Voyage used to last for weeks on a charge. Now it's days, at the most. There's a certain feeling to opening your ereader to see that dead battery symbol on the screen.

I'll have to upgrade eventually, or find another Voyage to buy, but for now I'll probably keep using this one, mostly because of inertia (and the haptic buttons). I've now added making sure to plug in my ereader every day or two to my list of dailies and might just keep that going until I can't anymore.
