I have a problem with the reading tool:

When I'm reading an ePub file on my computer, I usually chose the Calibre reading tool (even if the book isn't on Calibre).

But recently (I'd say since the 4.12, but I could be wrong, it could be the 4.14, I didn't download the 4.13) every time I close my computer (just putting it in sleeping mode, not stoping it) the reading tool is closed as well, with is annoying since I then have to find the book again, and opening it again, even when I don't remember which one I was reading, or where it is...

So I was wondering if it is a recurring bug, or if the problem was coming from me, in which case... How do I fix it?
